The WFTG 67 gas turbine flow meter is a velocity type instrument. It has the advantages of high precision, excellent repeatability, simple structure, a wide measuring range, a small volume, light weight, small pressure loss, convenience in pressure loss, etc. It can be widely applied to the industries of petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy, city gas network. In particular, it is widely applied to measurement of city gas, transmission and distribution networks and gas pressure regulating stations.
Operating Principle
During using of the gas turbine flow meter, a turbine is placed in fluid to be measured, when gas flows through the flow meter, it is rectified and accelerated under the action of a rectifier of special structure. The impeller rotates by utilizing force acted upon it by gas, and at this moment the impeller blades on the impeller enable magnetic circuit reluctance to have periodic changes. Within a certain flow range, the angular velocity of the impeller is in direct proportion to flow. A pulse signal in direct proportion to volumetric flow of fluid is sensed by utilizing the electromagnetic induction principle, and this signal is integrated by a single-chip microcomputer after being amplified and rectified by a pre-amplifier. The signal is displayed on an LCD screen, it is input into the integrating instrument together with the signals detected by the temperature and the pressure sensors to be operated and processed, then the flow in the standard condition is obtained, and it is displayed on the LCD screen.
