Description

FCON CUBE MFC Series Mass Flow Controller

Fcon CUBE MFC Digital Mass flow controller 1000 series and control power supply are all-in-one compact flow control unit. It can be used by connecting the gas fitting and power outlet. The suppression of Flow surge (overshoot) at the start (Requires more than 30 seconds of the interval).

FCON CUBE MFC Series Mass Flow Controller is an ultra-compact, all-in-one digital gas mass flow controller featuring a high-visibility integrated digital display and direct local control interface. Engineered for space-constrained installations, benchtop testing, and portable laboratory systems, the CUBE MFC eliminates the need for separate external readout units or dedicated power/display modules. Powered by FCON’s high-precision thermal mass flow sensor and a fast-acting proportional solenoid valve, the CUBE MFC Series delivers standalone, plug-and-play mass flow metering and closed-loop regulation for a wide variety of industrial and laboratory gases.

Technical Overview & Operating Principle

The FCON CUBE MFC Series Mass Flow Controller operates using capillary thermal mass flow sensing combined with integrated digital signal processing and local display drive electronics.

A precision bypass splits a small portion of gas into a heated capillary sensor element. As the gas flows through the capillary, it transfers heat downstream.
