Brainchild HMI450 Touch Screen The HMI450 smart panel made by Brainchild is a Human Machine Interface (HMI) / Operator Interface. With features of a 4.3” display, WinCE 6.0, LED technology, wide panel, and high resolution. Ethernet, USB host, 2 Serial ports, SD, Audio input/output. Extensive connectivity to Profibus-DP, ProfiNet, DeviceNet, EtherNet/IP. CANopen, CC-Link. Metal/Stainless steel enclosures for rugged environments. Vertical/Horizontal installation. IP66K for Food, Beverage, Pharma, and Oil & Gas.

Operator Interface & Visualization: Renders interactive HMI screens, animated process graphics, bar graphs, historical trends, and real-time alarm displays for machine operators.
Multi-PLC Protocol Gateway: Features concurrent communication drivers that allow the panel to bridge data exchange between two or more disparate PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron) and Modbus devices simultaneously.
