CS Instruments DS 52-Set Dew Point Measurement For Refrigeration Dryers The measuring range of -20…50°Ctd makes the dew point set DS 52 with alarm the ideal dew point monitor with analog output 4…20 mA. The dew point sensor FA 415 is extremely long-term stable and can be installed and removed quickly and easily under pressure by means of the screwable measuring chamber including quick coupling. The dew point set is supplied and ready for the plug-in, i.e. everything is completely wired. The alarm values can be freely adjusted.

Targeted Dew Point Monitoring: Measures pressure dew point specifically within the typical operating envelope of refrigeration dryers (typically $+3\text{ }^\circ\text{Ctd}$ target dew point) to detect heat exchanger failures or refrigerant leaks before water enters plant air lines.
Dual-Stage Alarm Control: Features two independently configurable alarm relays (pre-alarm and main alarm). Triggers local visual/audible alarms or sends interlock signals to stop air compressor lines when the dew point rises above critical limits (e.g., above +7Ctd).
Plug-and-Play Factory Wiring: Shipped pre-wired with display unit, FA 510 sensor, connection cable, and quick-coupling measuring chamber.
In-Line Sampling Under Pressure: The included screw-on measuring chamber with quick-connect coupling allows the sensor to be safely connected or disconnected under line pressure (up to 16 bar) without shutting down air distribution.
Analog & Digital Signal Broadcast: Outputs a linear 4-20mA signal along with an RS-485 Modbus-RTU interface for continuous logging in building management systems, PLCs, or SCADA networks.
