MKCTV water signal manufactured with using acrylic tube is limited to the use of 80 ? or less. (Flow switch of the product is limited to the use of 60 ? or less.)
If you want to use the mixed oil of the like, lubricants, please note the “Aburaaka”. When the inside or within the fluid piping “garbage” and “iron powder” is mixed, there is a possibility that the ball (float) may not work. We hope the use of the filter or the like.
I can confirm approximate flow quantity of the oil/water/gaseous by viewing with protective cover with flow quantity adjusment valve.

Technical Overview & Operation
The Maeda Koki MKCTV Flow Signal Indicator operates using a mechanical float or flap mechanism engineered for vertical fluid pathways, coupled mechanically or magnetically to an electrical contact microswitch.
As liquid moves vertically through the indicator body, the kinetic force of the fluid displaces the internal flap against gravity or a calibrated return spring. Plant operators can visually inspect fluid movement, clarity, and bubble content through the toughened sight window. When the volumetric flow rate reaches or drops below the designated setpoint threshold, the physical movement of the flap trips the microswitch (NO/NC). This sends a discrete electrical signal to PLC systems, pump interlocks, or visual alarms to prevent equipment overheating or dry-running conditions.
