Description
Tokyo Ryuki Kogyo Flo-I Series
Tokyo Ryuki Kogyo Flo-I consists of a tapered tube and a float and measures the instantaneous flow rate of various liquids and gases by seeing through the float position in the vertically mounted tapered tube and reading the flow rate directly on the scale on the tapered tube. It is the most recommended product as an industrial flow meter because of its low cost.
Tokyo Ryuki Kogyo Flo-I Series Flow Meter is an industrial-grade variable area rotameter engineered for precise measurement and visual monitoring of clean liquid and gas flow rates. Manufactured by Tokyo Ryuki Kogyo Co., Ltd., the Flo-I Series combines a clear, high-grade metering glass tube with corrosion-resistant end fittings and an optional fine-adjustment control valve. Designed for inline processing, gas sampling systems, chemical dosing, and laboratory equipment, the Tokyo Ryuki Kogyo Flo-I Series provides high measurement repeatability, easy scale readability, and robust mechanical construction for continuous operational environments.

Technical Overview & Operating Principle
The Tokyo Ryuki Kogyo Flo-I Series operates on the fundamental variable area flow measurement principle. Fluid enters vertically through the bottom of the precision-tapered metering tube and drives the internal float upward.
As the float ascends, the annular clearance between the float perimeter and the inner tube wall increases until dynamic equilibrium is reached between fluid drag forces and gravity.
