Zenner ATMOS Wide-Range Diaphragm Gas Meters WG2.5S

Zenner ATMOS Wide-Range Diaphragm Gas Meters WG2.5S is characterized by precise measurements, constant measuring stability, a long life, and high reliability. Thanks to the use of high-grade materials the diaphragm gas meter is resistant to corrosion.

Zenner Atmos HP Diaphragm Gas Meter HPG1.6A, HPG2.5A, HP G4A series offers high-precision volumetric gas measurement for residential, commercial, and light industrial applications. Designed to handle natural gas, town gas, LPG, and inert gases, these diaphragm meters ensure long-term stability, excellent linearity, and minimal pressure loss under continuous operating conditions.

Built with high-grade steel or aluminum casings and advanced synthetic diaphragms, the Zenner Atmos HP Diaphragm Gas Meter HPG1.6A, HPG2.5A, HP G4A lineup guarantees tamper-proof operation and exceptional corrosion resistance. Their compact design and retrofittable pulse output capabilities make them a trusted choice for utility providers, gas distribution networks, and facility managers.

Zenner ATMOS Wide-Range Descriptions

The gas meter is suitable for various gas media. The integrated calibration system coordinates the movement of the valves in relation to the optimum gas flow. The excellent linearity of the error curve is guaranteed even at low flow rates.

Due to the optimum sliding characteristics of the valves, the Qmin value remains stable and the gas meter is resistant to contamination. The high measuring range enables precise metering results. The Atmos® diaphragm gas meter meets the requirements of EN1359:1998/ A1:2006 and OIML R137-1 (2012).

Zenner ATMOS Wide-Range Diaphragm Gas Meters WG2.5S

Zenner ATMOS Wide-Range Diaphragm Gas Meters WG2.5S is operating on the positive displacement principle, the Zenner Atmos HP Diaphragm Gas Meter HPG1.6A, HPG2.5A, HP G4A measures gas volume through internal chambers equipped with flexible, synthetic diaphragms. As gas fills and empties the chambers, a mechanical gear mechanism transmits the movement directly to a sealed, high-resolution index register, ensuring accurate reading without electronic dependency.

Engineered to comply with stringent international metering standards, the Atmos HP series incorporates anti-reverse flow mechanisms and robust seals to prevent unauthorized tampering. The meter construction provides smooth gas flow dynamics, preventing internal wear and maintaining calibration accuracy across wide temperature and pressure fluctuations. With optional pulse transmitters (Reed switch), these meters easily integrate into automated meter reading (AMR) and building management systems (BMS).
