The Showa DPB-15 is a piston plunger descent type distributor from the volumetric series, designed for single circuit lubrication systems. Model DPB-15-5 has 5 outlet ports, distributing a calibrated volume of oil per cycle of plunger action using direct pump pressure.

Features

High volumetric precision: volume options of 0.03/0.06/0.10/0.16 cm³ per cycle for each port are available.
Optimum operating pressure: between 0.8-3 MPa (8-30 bar), as per industry lubrication standards.
Durable materials: zinc die-cast body, brass plunger and valve and temperature-resistant seals.
Standard connectors: M10×1.0 inlet, M8×1.0 outlet, compatible with common lubrication systems.
Modular & flexible: besides the 5-port variant, models with 1,2,3,5,6,8 or 10 ports are also available (DPB-15-5 shows 5 ports).

Applications

Centralized lubrication system: used in printing, injection molding, packaging, and CNC machines.
Consistent oil distribution: provides precise oil supply to each point without fluctuation.
