Fluidwell F132 Intrinsically safe Batch Controller is a straight forward two stage batch controller with the unique function to send a “print receipt” command to a printer after every batch. Fluidwell F132 Intrinsically safe Batch Controller The operator can easily enter a batch quantity, send an extra “print receipt” command or execute repeating batches. During the batch, the preset value is displayed as well as the batched (or remaining) quantity including the units of measurement. The automatic self-learning overrun correction ensures an accurate result after each batch.

Core Operational Functions
Two-Stage Batch Control: Drives two control outputs (or a dual-stage solenoid valve) to ramp down flow near the end of a batch, preventing hydraulic water hammer and improving shutoff accuracy.
Self-Learning Overrun Correction: Automatically tracks valve closure delays after each cycle and continuously adjusts line shut-off timing to compensate for fluid momentum changes.
Automatic Receipt Printing: Automatically sends plain ASCII “print receipt” commands to an external printer upon batch completion. The receipt includes batch total, timestamp, and preset details.
