CS Instruments FA 500 – Dew Point Sensor FA 500 is the ideal dew point sensor with an integrated display and alarm relay for refrigeration, membrane, and desiccant driers.

CS Instruments FA 500 is a compact, high-precision dew point sensor designed for monitoring moisture and pressure dew point in compressed air systems and industrial gas lines.

Unlike the FA 510 series, which requires a separate wall-mount display unit (like the DS 52-Set), the FA 500 integrates a built-in display screen, an alarm relay contact, and field configuration buttons directly into the sensor head housing.

Function

On-Head Button Configuration: Integrated keys allow operators to adjust alarm setpoints, reset maximum/minimum values, and toggle engineering units directly on the sensor.
