Description

Flowma TGF06C-A Thermal Gas Flowmeter

Flowma TGF06C-A Thermal Gas Flowmeter is based on thermodynamic principle, and can measure air velocity and air volume, there are 2 temperature sensors inside the probe: one for temperature measurement, and the other one as a measuring conveyor after heating.

Temperature difference between the two as a basis for measuring flow rate. When the medium flow rate increases, the temperature difference decreases. The temperature difference is converted to standard signal output after processing which is why the flow rate can be measured by these two sensors. All-metal housing, suitable for a variety of pipe diameters.

Flowma TGF06C-A Thermal Gas Flowmeter operates on the proven principle of thermal dispersion, utilizing two temperature sensors: one reference sensor and one heated sensor. As gas flows past the sensors, heat is carried away from the active element at a rate directly proportional to the mass flow rate. This allows the instrument to measure mass flow directly, eliminating the added cost and complexity of installing separate pressure and temperature transmitters.

Designed specifically to lower total cost of ownership, the Flowma TGF06C-A Thermal Gas Flowmeter features no moving parts, dramatically reducing wear and risk of clogging compared to traditional mechanical meters. The instrument offers precise control, fast response time, and high sensitivity at low flow rates, making it an essential solution for gas consumption tracking, energy auditing, and process optimization across manufacturing facilities.
