Maeda Koki MKT Flow Signal Indicator
Maeda Koki MKT Flow Signal Indicator produced by Maeda Koki in Japan, Oil signal and Water signal Meodel MK has a function for detecting minimal flow. MK water signal manufactured with using acrylic tube is limited to the use of 80 ? or less. (Flow switch of the product is limited to the use of 60 ? or less.)
If you want to use the mixed oil of the like, lubricants, please note the “Aburaaka”. When the inside or within the fluid piping “garbage” and “iron powder” is mixed, there is a possibility that the ball (float) may not work. We hope the use of the filter or the like.

Technical Overview & Operation
The Maeda Koki MKT Flow Signal Indicator operates using a mechanical spring-opposed paddle (flap) or floating piston system linked magnetically or mechanically to an external microswitch housing.
As liquid flows through the indicator body, fluid velocity pushes against the internal flap assembly, deflecting it proportionally against a calibrated spring force. The physical displacement of the flap allows plant operators to visually verify fluid movement, color, and clarity through the transparent sight glass window. Simultaneously, an internal cam trips the electrical microswitch contacts at a pre-set flow threshold, transmitting a dry-contact discrete signal (NO/NC) to external control panels, alarm annunciators, or PLC safety interlocks.

Features
It shows flow quantity by viewing
Because I use a transparent taper pipe, I can confirm approximate flow quantity by looking at a ball (or a float) and the position with the indication red line concerned.
The installation direction does not matter
Because I use a spring inside, the posture when I attach it looks up and looks down and can perform sideways-facing freely.
