Fluidwell C401 Hydrogen Dispenser The next level in flow computing: powerful, field mounted, weights and measures approved and suitable for use in hazardous atmospheres.

The design of the C401 is a logical next step, based on our successful product lines for harsh surroundings and explosive atmospheres. The C-series is designed with a focus on high-quality and reliability for use in metrological / custody transfer applications. The C401 is a Hydrogen dispenser in conjunction with Coriolis mass flow meters.

Core Operational Functions

High-Pressure Mass Measurement: Accepts high-frequency pulse inputs from Coriolis mass flow meters (e.g., Micro Motion, Endress+Hauser) and calculates exact hydrogen mass transferred in Kilograms ( $\text{kg}$ ) or Pounds ( $\text{lb}$ ).
Target Pressure Ramping (SAE J2601 Compliance): Controls proportional valves or multi-bank sequencing manifolds to manage pressure ramp rates and target pressure thresholds (such as $350\text{ bar} / \text{H35}$ and $700\text{ bar} / \text{H70}$ refueling profiles).
Multi-Bank Storage Sequencing: Manages automatic switching between low, medium, and high-pressure cascade storage banks during vehicle fill cycles to optimize compressor utilization and fill speeds.
