Jain Technology Xonic 100L Clamp On Ultrasonic Flowmeter is a high-performance, non-invasive liquid flow measurement system designed for clean and slightly dirty liquids in industrial pipelines. By utilizing advanced Transit-Time ultrasonic technology, this meter measures flow velocity and volumetric flow directly through the pipe wall without pipe cutting, process shutdown, or pressure drop.

Jain Technology Xonic 100L Clamp-On Ultrasonic Flowmeter measures transit-time of flow and uses DSP (digital signal processing) technology to analyze ultrasonic signals.

This DSP technology can remove any noise from pipes and electronics. Also, Xonic 100 uses Cross-Correlation and FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) technology to make very clean ultrasonic signals. The measuring pipe is from 12 ~ 6,000mm, and the velocity range is from 0.02 ~ 20m/sec. Xonic 100 can measure very slow flow, so very suitable for block flow (leak) monitoring systems. Also, it has two 4-20mA inputs, so the user can use these inputs to receive pressure and temperature data without PLC

Clamp-on technology makes installation very simple. Users just attach clamp-on transducers on pipes or insert them with hot tap valve transducers drilled into a pipe. No need to stop the water supply for installation and after service. Xonic100L can work with many kinds of pipe, such as Steel, Stainless (SUS), Ductile Iron, Copper, A/C, PVC, PE, PB, FRP, or others if know the sound velocity. The turn-down ratio of Xonic 100L is more than 500 :1. Xonic 100L is the best flowmeter to check minimum flow during midnight. The Flow at midnight is down to 1 m3/h for 100 mm pipe and Xonic 100L can keep the accuracy. Xonic 100L uses Cross-Correlation technology. The technology is able to remove most noises outside the pipe. Also, Xonic 100L can measure liquids containing heavy air and slurry. Xonic 100L has a large color graphic LCD. It allows the user to read the flow, total, analog input data (pressure, level, etc.), and the ultrasonic signal diagram. So the user can check how the flowmeter works in the field without an oscilloscope as a diagnostic function. Xonic 100L is a dual beam or dual path is the basic model. Users can use as single channel flowmeters with one pair of transducers, and dual-channel or dual-path flowmeters with two pairs of transducers
