Maeda Koki MKCM type OIL SIGNAL- Flow Indicator
Maeda Koki MKCM type OIL SIGNAL- Flow Indicator it is a rheoscope confirming fluid flow by the movement of transparent floats in the jurisdiction, detect fluid flow and let it is ON, or a switch be off with the flow quantity of the designation. It is a rheoscope confirming fluid flow by the movement of transparent floats in the jurisdiction. By a metal protective cover possibility of damage by shocks from the outside, The posture when I attach it as I use a spring inside look up and look down and can perform sideways-facing freely.
Primary Working Principles & Functions
Visual Flow Detection:
As fluid enters the inlet port, it flows through a calibrated internal chamber containing a movable element (a high-contrast rotating rotor, flapper, or float).
Hydrodynamic force from the flowing oil pushes or rotates the internal element. The movement or rotation speed provides a direct visual proxy for fluid presence and flow velocity.
No-Flow & Blockage Warning:
If the supply pump fails, a line clogs, or a valve closes, fluid movement stops, causing the internal rotor or flapper to remain stationary.
This instantly alerts machine operators to a lubrication failure before bearing seizure, overheating, or mechanical wear occurs.
