Maeda Koki MKTV Flow Signal Indicator
Maeda Koki MKTV Flow Signal Indicator model produced by Maeda Koki in Japan, Oil signal and Water signal Meodel MKCM has a function for detecting minimal flow. MKTV water signal manufactured with using acrylic tube is limited to the use of 80 ? or less. (Flow switch of the product is limited to the use of 60 ? or less.)
If you want to use the mixed oil of the like, lubricants, please note the “Aburaaka”. When the inside or within the fluid piping “garbage” and “iron powder” is mixed, there is a possibility that the ball (float) may not work. We hope the use of the filter or the like.

Technical Overview & Operation
Maeda Koki MKTV Flow Signal Indicator operates via a mechanical float or flap mechanism engineered for vertical fluid pathways, coupled mechanically or magnetically to an electrical contact microswitch.
As fluid moves vertically through the indicator body, the kinetic force of the liquid displaces the internal float against gravity or a calibrated return spring. Operators can visually verify flow velocity, fluid color, and entrained air through the heavy-duty sight glass. When the flow rate reaches or drops below the designated setpoint threshold, the physical movement of the float trips the microswitch ($NO/NC$). This sends a discrete electrical signal to PLC systems, pump interlocks, or visual alarms to prevent equipment overheating or dry-running conditions.
