Description of Tubular Level Gauge ULG-H/B (Weld Type)

ULG-H/B (Weld Type) is a tubular liquid level gauge that is mounted directly on the tank wall using the weld-in method. It utilizes the principle of communicating vessels, using a glass tube protected by a stainless steel casing. When the liquid level in the tank changes, the liquid indicator in the glass tube reflects the change accurately and directly.

Features

  • Corrosion resistant material: Sheath of SS-304 (stainless steel) provides high resistance to corrosion.
  • Protective and safety tube: Split-type design includes an automatic shut-off valve when the tube ruptures, preventing fluid leakage.
  • Measurement accuracy of ±1% with a reading tolerance of up to ±20 mm.
  • Center-to-center range is available between 500-1500 mm and can be customized as required.
  • Weld-in (H/B) design allows direct installation on tanks without flanges
