Description
Burner Sequence Controller Without Wire Harnessing & Ignition Transformer serves as the central safety and control logic for the entire combustion system. Its primary role is to manage the burner’s operation in a safe, precisely timed, and sequential manner, strictly adhering to established combustion standards like EN 298, UL, and FM. This management process encompasses four core functions: Pre-purge, where the combustion chamber is cleared of any residual fuel before startup; the Ignition Sequence, which involves activating the ignition spark and opening the fuel valves within strict, safe time limits; Flame Monitoring, where the system continuously verifies the presence of a stable flame using sensors like a flame rod or UV detector; and finally, Safety Shutdown (Lockout), which immediately cuts the fuel supply and locks the system if any fault occurs, such as ignition failure or flame loss, to prevent hazardous conditions.
