Nitto Kasei PLASEAL NF-12 Seal Compound for Constructions is formulated using synthetic resins blended with high-grade inorganic flame-retardant fillers. It is developed to prevent the spread of fire, smoke, moisture, and toxic gases through architectural penetrations.

Unlike conventional rigid caulking or curing foams, PLASEAL NF-12 maintains permanent plasticity. It does not harden, dry out, or slump, ensuring continuous sealing performance even under building vibration, structural expansion, and ambient temperature swings. When exposed to elevated temperatures, its fire-extinguishing formulation resists combustion and helps contain fire within designated compartments. Its hand-moldable consistency allows quick installation into complex or tight construction sleeves.
