Description of DA09S-8420 Digital Position Indicator

The DA09S is a mechanical digital position indicator with a hollow-shaft up to 20 mm. Featuring 5 digits + vernier, the DA09S-8420 model is designed for accurate rotational motion readings in metric or imperial units. Suitable for machine spindles, actuators, and continuous position measurement applications.

Features

  • Hollow shaft Ø20 mm for direct mounting on shaft; stainless bush available if required.
  • Counter 5 decades + vernier, high digits ~7 mm, smooth and clear reading
  • Choice of mm or inch units means the display can be configured as required.
  • Magnifier function allows for easy reading of digits at distant or less than ideal viewing angles.
  • Splash and dust resistant housing, available axial seals and additional protection for harsh environments
  • Reinforced plastic or die-cast metal housing material (optional), window can be plastic or glass for chemical/solvent resistance
  • Multiple housing color options: orange RAL2004, black RAL9005, grey RAL7035, red RAL3000, or metallic
