A 341-28 is an electronic flow measuring device from VSE, designed to process and display signals from two channels of rotary pulse-based flow meters (such as gear or turbine flow meters with incremental encoder or proximity signals) simultaneously. The unit is packaged in a compact 96 × 48 mm panel housing with IP65 protection, suitable for use in industrial environments.

  • 2 independent pulse input channels (1/2 or quadrature signals A, /A, B, /B), supporting frequencies from 0.01 Hz to 1 MHz per channel.
  • Flexible measurement modes: single channel, sum, differential, ratio, and percent deviation.
  • Linearization: can perform flow curve linearization to improve accuracy throughout the range.
  • 5 sets of programmable parameters: easy change of setpoint or measurement configuration.
  • 14-bit analog output: 0/4…20 mA, 0…10 V or ±10 V with response time <1 ms.
  • 4 limit switch transistors: fast output for alarm or shutdown control.
  • Program via RS-232: easy configuration via PC/Laptop.
  • 24 VDC/120 mA encoder supply: supports direct sensor without external power.
