Description of Turbine Meters WJ Series

The WJ-Series is a dry-register totalizer type mechanical turbine flow meter, featuring an epoxy coated cast iron casing, available in sizes DN50-DN200 (2?-8?). Designed for measurement and totalization of liquid flow into the system without the need for direct electrical power.

Features

  • Dry-register non-resettable: hermetically sealed mechanical counter, leak and tamper resistant.
  • Epoxy coated cast iron body for corrosion resistance & industrial pressure.
  • Compact inline with ANSI 150-lb flange allows easy installation on standard pipe
  • Access pulser reed switch (dry contact) for remote pulse output, suitable metering & control systems
  • Magnetic horizontal rotor + vertical shaft with jewel bearings and tungsten steel shaft – increased durability and accuracy
  • Top access seals and security seals – facilitate inspection but remain secure from manipulation.

Applications

  • Water & wastewater treatment – totalization of cooling, feed and waste water flows
  • Pacing metering pumps – provide pulse signals for chemical dosing
  • Direct industrial fluid monitoring – stable and energy efficient when electricity is scarce
  • Cooling water loops – in HVAC systems, boiler feed, and chiller monitoring.
