Flowma Flowmag WMAG21 Series Electromagnetic Flowmeter are specializing in measuring conductive liquid (conductivity> 5ys/cm). These series flow meters have high applicability for low flow rates, sewage, acid and alkali liquid, low abrasive slurry. Our products have advance intellective-tech, field show, and communication.

Flowma Flowmag WMAG21 Descriptions

Electromagnetic flow sensors WMAG21 are precision measuring devices, suitable for determining the flow rate of nearly any electrically conductive fluid, but also for substances such as sludge, pulp and paste. Due to the magnetic field, the device can be used to measure flow rates up to 12 m/s (39.3 ft/s) and a minimum conductivity of 5 yS/cm, when using a synchronized static field. The entire measuring device comprises a flow sensor and a dedicated transmitter. Those can be delivered either separately or as a compact unit.

Features

  • There are no moving sensor components so it is suitable for waste water and dirty water
  • The flowmag wmag30 flow meter has a fairly good accuracy of 0.5%
  • There are various types of pipe sizes from DN10 to DN 1800
  • Insertion installation types available
  • Connection can be Flange, Thread and wafer
  • Available in compact and remote or split types with cable lengths up to 100 m
  • Can be ordered using PN, ANSI and JIS as well as classes can be up to ANSI900 class.
  • Liner and electrode materials can be customized even for abrasive, corrosive water to food grade types
  • The unit reading system can be set directly on the converter to units of liters, cubic meters, gallons or others
  • Has a fairly good resistance to corrosive and abrasive fluids for mining.
