Description of ITT Neo-Dyn Pressure Switch 160P44C6BMS

The 160P44C6BMS series pressure switch is an intermediate differential pressure switch from ITT Neo-Dyn, with an internal setting range of 0.3-18 psid (±1.2 bar) and a system pressure rating of up to 1000 psi (?69 bar). Intended for industrial applications, it uses a stainless-teflon diaphragm and Belleville “Nega-Rate®” spring for set-point stability and anti-seismicity. The electrical housing is hermetic and explosion-proof, meeting NEMA 4X/7/9/IP66/Ex-d IIC standards.

  • Nega-Rate® Belleville spring mechanism, maintaining precision against vibration & pressure fluctuations
  • Form C6BMS electrical contacts: 11 A @125/250 VAC; 5 A resistive or 3 A inductive @28 V DC; 0.5 A resistive @125 V DC
  • Premium wetted parts: Teflon-coated polyamide diaphragm + Buna-N O-ring
  • Explosion-proof & hermetic housing: NEMA 4X/7/9; IP66; Ex-d IIC; factory double sealer
  • 1/4“ or 1/2” NPT type stainless steel corrosion resistant ports
