Description of Level Switch Parker JC7-SD 150mm

The Parker JC7-SD is a rotary paddle level switch that uses a motor with two-wing paddles to detect the level of powdered or granular materials inside hoppers, silos, and tanks. When the paddle is touched by the material, its resistance stops the paddle and activates a microswitch as a level signal. The 150 mm model refers to the length of the detection rod from the flange to the paddle.

  • Ø150 mm detection rod (SD mode with two-wing paddles), optimal for intermediate levels.
  • 6 RPM synchronous motor with 500-1000 g-cm paddle torque.
  • Low power consumption (~3 W when the paddle is rotating), suitable for continuous operation.

  • Microswitch contacts 3 A @ 250 VAC – compatible with relay or PLC control.
