The HY50F-PP PP TF TF model is a horizontal pneumatic double diaphragm pump manufactured by Haoyang (Haoyang Pump & Valve Co.). Designed with a polypropylene (PP) body and PTFE (TF) diaphragm, it is suitable for filling corrosive media such as strong acids, alkalis, solvents, and aggressive chemicals. This electrically-free system operates using compressed air pressure, ensuring safe operation in hazardous environments and resistance to overrun and dry-run without the risk of damage.

Features

Chemical-resistant material: PP body and PTFE diaphragm resistant to corrosion, suitable for acids, alkalis, and chemical solvents.
Compact horizontal design facilitates installation and maintenance.
Resistant to dry-run and overload—does not easily break down if the liquid load is depleted.
Self-priming up to a dry lift of 5 meters and capable of handling solids up to approximately 6 mm in diameter.
