Description of Solid Front Bayonet All Stainless Steel Pressure Gauge SS250

Pressure Gauge SS250 is a ruggedly designed pressure gauge with solid front bayonet construction and 100% stainless steel material, designed for heavy industrial applications with high safety demands. Designed with a “solid front” feature for operator protection from internal failure, this pressure gauge is perfect for extreme working environments, including the chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas, and marine industries.

Features

  • Solid Front Design: Provides extra protection to the operator in case of sudden internal damage (such as Bourdon tube explosion).
  • All Stainless Steel Construction (SS 316/304): Housing, socket, and internal elements are made entirely of stainless steel, offering exceptional resistance to corrosion and aggressive environments.
  • Tempered Safety Glass: Shatter-resistant glass for added protection and good visibility.
  • Bayonet Lock Bezel: Threaded bezel lock system allows for easy glass replacement or calibration without disassembling the entire unit.
  • Back Isolation Design (Blow-out Back): Provides pressure relief to the back as a safety measure in case of sudden overpressure.
  • Liquid Filling (optional): Available in dry and liquid-filled versions (typically using glycerin or silicone) to dampen vibration.
